Technical Questions About Business?
Ask Sue Canyon!
Do you have a burning question about managing your business, about one of my articles, or about something embarrassing that only someone who’s been in your shoes could understand? I’m always happy to hear from people who visit my site and will do my best to address your question quickly.
However, I get tons of questions and can’t promise that I’ll answer your question or that I’ll even acknowledge it. I do try to group them into like subjects and answer a whole bunch at once. I also often take a month or more to get to submitted questions because of both the backlog and my client load, and, well, I try to have a life, too.
I’ll quote the same disclaimer that both Walt Mossberg at the Wall Street Journal and Blog Master Dave Taylor use: “Because of the volume of e-mail I receive, I can’t routinely answer individual questions by e-mail, or consult on individual problems or purchasing decisions. I read all questions I receive, however, then select the best, most interesting, or most common to address on the site.” Thanks to Dave Taylor for the quote.
Oh, and one more point: you must enter a valid email address: I will send you a verification email message that includes a link you must click before your question is actually added to the question queue! Once you’ve verified your email, your address is not saved for any other purpose either: I’m not going to spam you, trust me. Really.
Note: You must specify your actual email address so I can verify your identity before your question is added to the queue, so please enter it correctly!
Your Message
You’re welcome to write as much as you’d like and if you’re asking a technical question, please make sure to include sufficient detail so that I can fully grasp the problem.
