Sue served for 13 years as a Fortune 500 internal consultant and as a manufacturing analyst. Her specialty was identifying the key leverage points between people, processes, and systems that created more profits with less effort.
She moved away from the Fortune 500 focus of her practice and turned to helping small businesses 20 years ago, and managed the consulting arm for a prestigious, large local accounting firm in Los Angeles. Not an accountant, Sue was the visionary who was called in time and time again to turn things around for small businesses. During the time she managed the consulting division, the firm was in the top 50 in the country.
She’s also the author of the revered business book, Pocket Mentor — a book that is hard to find these days, but still a definitive guide for those who want greater income, power, and prestige… with more time off!
Now based in the Las Vegas area, Sue is working with small business owners all over the world to get the most out of the time, energy, and money they’ve already invested in their business.
